She was known as a leader in her field as a trainer, public speaker and created an environment that was conducive to people achieving their highest aspirations. Annemarie is absolutely passionate about living in Santa Fe, and has invested in and sold real estate in the Four Corners area for the last 11 years with her real estate partner and husband, Marvin Sadovsky.

Marvin has over 36 years experience developing, building and marketing residential, investment and commercial properties. He was recognized in the late 1970's and early 1980's as a leader and innovator in the development and refurbishing of multifamily residential properties. Marvin was on the leading edge of individual metering of utilities in the Dallas, Texas market and conducted numerous programs specializing in Real Estate Investment Strategies. He is sought after as a speaker and seminars leader in the Real Estate industry. Marvin has held a Real Estate Broker's license in the State of Texas for 29 years and presently a licensed Realtor in the State of New Mexico. He continues to develop and sell residential [multi-family and single family] and Investment properties. Marvin has built and developed properties in Texas, Colorado and now in New Mexico. Marvin has authored a special audiotape series "The Science of Persuasion" and two popular book entitled "Selling The Way Your Customer Buys" and "Don't Hit Send" and eBook on email influence. Marvin devotes his business focus on assisting others to resourcefully reach their Real Estate outcomes. He works together with his wife and real estate partner Annemarie Brown. In addition, Marvin is a sought after speaker and seminar presenter for the real estate industry, specializing in real estate investment strategies. In addition, he has presented special programs and keynote presentations for many organizations including the American Management Association, Portland Cement Association, numerous real estate and apartment associations, and many national sales meetings for medium and large corporate entities.
